    Description

A lightweight capture hood for measuring ventilation grilles and diffusers. The hood weighs less than 3 kg, so it is easy to work with even at high ceilings, and the built-in flow straightener gives accurate results at swirl diffusers too. The instrument can be detached and used on its own for differential pressure measurements.

Readings appear on the large, illuminated display or on a smartphone in the testo app, where a measurement report can be created on the spot. A trolley is included, so the hood is easy to move around the site.

    Where it helps

    • Balancing and commissioning ventilation systems
    • Measuring supply and extract grilles
    • Measuring swirl diffusers
    • Checking air volume in offices and flats
    • Creating the report on site
