Within one working day we check availability and agree on the time.
Pick up
Bring your passport or ID card. The deposit is agreed individually and paid by bank transfer before pick-up.
Return
You pay the rental fee by invoice; we refund the deposit within 3 working days.
Delete the account and all its data? This cannot be undone.

1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is SIA "ONERENT", reg. No. 40103893114, VAT No. LV40103893114, registered and business address: Slokas iela 52N, Rīga, LV-1007, Latvia.

2. What data we process
Contact details: first name, last name, phone number, email address.
Account data (if you register): e-mail, password (stored only in irreversibly encrypted form), profile details and your request history.
Identification data: type, number and expiry date of the identity document that we check when handing over the equipment. We do not make a copy of the document.
Company details: name, registration number, VAT number, registered address, bank details, contact person. When you enter the registration number, the name, address and VAT status are filled in automatically from publicly available Enterprise Register and State Revenue Service data.
Rental and payment data: reserved equipment, rental period, invoices, payments, payment and refund of the security deposit, bank account number for the refund.
Communication data: your questions and correspondence with us (contact form, email, phone).
Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies and website usage data (see section 8).

4. Recipients of data
We do not sell your data. We share data only to the extent necessary:
with website hosting and maintenance providers (nano.lv, Goldbird.lv);
with Google Ireland Limited — for website analytics (Google Analytics);
with the bank, when making payments and refunding the security deposit;
with a delivery service provider, if delivery is ordered;
with public authorities, courts or a debt collection company, where required by law or necessary to protect our rights.
Our service providers process data only on our instructions.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
We use Google Analytics for website analytics. Google may also process data in the USA; in that case the transfer is based on the European Commission's decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not transfer other personal data outside the EU/EEA.
6. Retention periods
Rental agreements, invoices and other accounting documents — for the period required by law (5 years).
Account data — while the account is active. You can delete the account at any time under “My account”; accounting documents are still kept for the period required by law.
Data needed to handle possible claims — until the limitation period for the claim expires.
Correspondence on questions that did not lead to an agreement — 12 months.
Data processed on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn.
After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
access your data and receive a copy of it;
have inaccurate data corrected;
request erasure of your data where there is no longer a legal basis for it;
restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing; you can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link at the end of each email.
Send your request to info@onerent.lv. We will reply within one month. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
8. Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device.
Necessary cookies make the website work: language selection, session. They are used without consent.
Browser storage (localStorage) keeps your language choice, cookie choice, cart and recently viewed equipment on your device. This data is not sent to us; you can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand how the website is used. They are used only with your consent.
Marketing cookies are not used on the website.
On your first visit the website asks for your choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. Your choice is kept for 12 months, after which the website asks again.
